CareerPilot billing: Cashfree checkout, invoices, and how refunds work
How CareerPilot starts a Cashfree payment session, verifies the order, shows payment history, and handles refund requests.
CareerPilot collects subscription payments through Cashfree. Registration and plan selection create a payment session. After the customer returns, the website verifies the order with the licensing API, which writes subscription and payment-event records.
Customer flow
- Choose a plan on Pricing or during registration.
- Complete Cashfree checkout.
- Land on the subscription preview or dashboard once the order is verified.
- Review charges anytime under Payment history in the dashboard.
Refunds
Read the full policy at Refund policy. In short: request within 7 days of the first paid charge if the Windows app could not be activated after reasonable troubleshooting. Email support@careerpilot.co.in with the Cashfree order id from your payment history.
What this page is not
The website does not store card numbers. Cashfree and the licensing API own payment processing. Failed checkouts should be retried from the dashboard subscription page.
