Setup
How to install CareerPilot on Windows and complete your first interview session
Step-by-step Windows setup for CareerPilot: download the installer, sign in, upload a resume, and run the overlay beside Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
CareerPilot is a Windows desktop interview copilot. The website is only the account and billing layer. The assistant itself runs locally after you install the app.
What you need
- A Windows PC with a stable internet connection.
- A CareerPilot account created at Register.
- An active plan from Pricing if your workflow needs paid device or capture limits.
Install
- Download CareerPilot-Setup.exe.
- Run the installer and sign in with the same email you used on the website.
- Upload your resume and, if you have one, the target job description.
During a call
Join Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a coding platform. Keep the CareerPilot overlay on your display (or a second monitor). The copilot transcribes the question and drafts a suggestion grounded in your resume. Speak in your own words.
If sign-in fails
Confirm the website dashboard shows an active license, that you have not exceeded max devices, and that the PC is not on a revoked device. Device removal is locked for 30 days after registration. Email support@careerpilot.co.in with your account email if the installer cannot activate.
